What makes MegaRed krill oil better than fish oil?

While both contain heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, MegaRed krill oil is carried in phospholipid form, so it’s easily absorbed by your body resulting in no fishy aftertaste. One small MegaRed softgel contains astaxanthin, a powerful antioxidant naturally found in salmon and other seafood. For those who don’t like fish or seafood, MegaRed is a good alternative. The MegaRed krill oil dosage is one tablet a day and can be taken at any time during your day, with or without food, though taking it at the same time every day may help you remember when to take them. If you find supplements particularly difficult to swallow, then a glass of water should help. Thankfully, MegaRed softgels are smaller than the average fish oil pill and have no fishy aftertaste.
