How do I qualify for the 4 Your Health offer?
When do I need to sign up to receive the reward?
You must sign up to become a Schiff Rewards member no later than 12/31/21.
How old do I have to be in order to redeem a reward?
You must be at least 18 years of age or older to redeem the reward.
When can I expect to receive my Reward Code?
Within 3 days of signing up for Schiff Rewards, you will receive an email from Schiff Rewards with a reward code and instructions to redeem a 3-month membership to 4 Your Health. If you do not receive an email within 3 days, please check your spam mailbox before emailing us at schiffrewards@tlcrewards.com or call us at (859) 800-7399, Monday through Friday, 9AM – 6PM ET, excluding public holidays.
I accidently deleted the email with the reward code. What can I do?
If you deleted or misplaced the reward code, please contact Schiff Rewards to re-send your reward code email. Schiff Rewards can be contacted via email at schiffrewards@tlcrewards.com or call us at (859) 800-7399, Monday through Friday, 9AM – 6PM ET, excluding public holidays.
Will my subscription to 4 Your Health renew after 3-months?
After your 3-month free trial, your 4 Your Health membership will continue automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled. You may cancel your 4 Your Health, with no further obligation, at any time by calling 1-855-578-5516. You may cancel your 4 Your Health membership during the 3-month trial period and not be charged. For more information on the 4 Your Health subscription, please visit 4yourhealth.com/4yh/termsofuse.
Can I give my reward code to a friend?
Sorry, unique reward codes are not transferable. The person who receives the unique reward code will need to be the one to redeem the reward.

Do I need to purchase anything to receive the reward?
No, you do not need to purchase anything. Signing up to become a Schiff Rewards member is free and can be done here.
How many rewards may I redeem?
There is a limit of one 4 Your Health Reward per customer, per customer email address, and per customer household.
I don’t live in the United States. Can I still participate in this promotion?
Unfortunately, you cannot participate if you do not live in the United States. This promotion is only valid in the United States, excluding US territories and Washington D.C.
How long will my Reward Code be valid?
Reward codes will be valid on until 11:59 PM PT on March 31,2022.
What is 4 Your Health?
4 Your Health is a health resource that allows you to speak to aboard-certified doctor regarding your everyday medical issues. To learn about 4 Your Health and other services it offers, visit www.4yourhealth.com.
