Terms and Condition

  1. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the term "Reward" is defined as a free three (3) month membership to 4 Your Health.

  2. In order for a “Customer” to become eligible to receive a Reward (current 4 Your Health members not eligible):
          a. Customer must sign up to Schiff Rewards and become a new member by signing up on by December 31, 2021.
          b. After successfully signing up to Schiff Rewards, the Customer will receive an email with a reward code and instructions on how to redeem 3-months of 4 Your Health.

  3. Promotion only applies to new sign ups by December 31, 2021.

  4. The Reward is valid for one (1) Reward redemption per Customer name, per Customer email address, and per Customer household. TLC Marketing ("Promoter"), shall have no obligation whatsoever to honor any Rewards accepted in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

  5. To redeem the Reward you must provide a valid credit/debit card, accept the 4 Your Health  Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the 4 Your Health
    Privacy Policy. Access to and use of 4 Your Health will be at the Customer’s sole risk.

  6. New 4 Your Health members must create a new account.

  7. After your 3-month free trial, your 4 Your Health membership will continue automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled. You may cancel your 4 Your Health, with no further obligation, at any time by calling 1-855-578-5516. You may cancel your 4 Your Health membership during the 3-month trial period and not be charged.

  8. RB, LLC, Schiff Vitamins, and TLC Marketing (as further defined below, the “Promotion Entities”) will not provide any medical services, recommendations, advice, or the like to any party or Customer who uses the 4 Your Health service.

  9. This Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts.

  10. All Telehealth services are provided by 4 YOUR HEALTH and not the Promotion Entities.

  11. The Reward is limited to the Customer signing up for Schiff Rewards. Up to eight (8) immediate family members may use the Customer’s 4 Your Health account after signing up to 4 Your Health.

  12. The Reward provides US-based physicians, licensed in the state the Customer resides in but is not a medical insurance. The Reward does not have deductibles, co-pays, or insurance claims. The Reward cannot treat every condition the Customer may have or claim to have.

  13. Customer must redeem their Reward Code no later than 11:59 PM PT on 3/31/2022.

  14. Reward valid in the United States (excluding US Territories and Washington D.C.) only.

  15. Reward available while supplies last.

  16. Consent and Release. For the purpose of this Reward, "Promotion Entities" includes the Promoter TLC, RB, LLC, Schiff Vitamins, and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, employees, agents, distributors and vendors. By participating in the Promotion, each Customer releases and discharges the Promotion Entities from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with this Offer and Reward, including without limitation legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands or actions of any kind (including without limitation personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction or property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light) (collectively, “Claims”).  Except where prohibited by law, Customer’s acceptance of Reward constitutes a release by Customer of the Promotion Entities of any and all Claims in connection with the administration of this Offer and the use, misuse, or possession of any Reward and Reward Code.

  17. This information is correct at the time of Promotion launch, although the Promotion Entities reserve the right to change details at any time.

  18. Promotion Entities are not responsible for any disagreements concerning availability and quality of Reward. Any dispute must be settled directly with 4 Your Health.

  19. Promotion Entities shall not be liable for any personal loss or injury as a result of the use of the Reward. Any dispute must be settled with the 4 Your Health.

  20. Void if transferred, sold, auctioned, photocopied or otherwise altered and where prohibited or restricted by law.

  21. Promotion Entities shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Reward Vouchers and/or redemption requests and will not issue or replace Reward Vouchers in any of these events.

  22. The Reward has no monetary value. This Reward is not transferable, transferable for sale, resale and is not redeemable for cash.

  23. The terms of this Promotion are as stated here and no other representations (written or oral) shall apply.

  24. No credit, refund or extension for any unused Rewards will be provided.

  25. No exchange of the Reward is permitted under any circumstance.

  26. Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Reward of equal or greater value or a different Reward.

  27. This Reward is issued by the Promoter located at 60 Hudson Street, Suite 1809, New York, NY 10013, or at such other address as the Promoter may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Promoter unless mailed to the Promoter's address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.

  28. Promotion Entities are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor’s servers or elsewhere. Promotion Entities are not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this Offer, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may cancel, terminate or modify this Offer based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability. In no event will Promoter be responsible for awarding more than the number of prizes specified in these rules.

  29. Promoter reserves the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the Reward.
